Blizzard has revealed only a few Diablo3 skill runes:

• Multistrike – to multiply the effect of the spell
• Lethality – for an extra critical hit chance
• Power – for extra power on a skill
• Striking – for extra damage to a skill

These skill runes will not be rare or hard to find, they will drop randomly from monsters in DIII. You will be able to equip only a single rune on a skill, each one has only 1 slot so choose carefully. You can switch between skill runes at any time they will not be binded to a certain skill, feel free to experiment

The Skill Runes in Diablo 3 are a great idea and the fans simply love it

The Wizard in Diablo III is very different from the Sorceress from D2, this one is a bit cruel and selfish it seems.. even dark.

The Wizard has the potential to rule this game but the issue of balance still remains. We cannot tell just how powerful the wzzard skills and spells are compared to the other characters (Barbarian and Witch Doctor) We all like the eye candy but we want the spells to be powerful.

Here are the current skills of the D3 Wizzard:

• Disintegrate
• Electrocute
• Teleport
• Magic Missile
• Slow Time

I have to say i am a bit impressed with the Slow Time ability, i wasn’t expecting such a skill, also the Disintegrate ability looks great but the Electrocute skill doesn’t look too powerful in my opinion. Blizzard has put a lot of work in the third DiabloIII character and we have to be grateful

From the gameplay trailers the Wizard looks and feels very powerful and the thing i love the most about this character is that it grants the player the power to be creative. I can already see dozens of combinations with the Wizard while playing Diablo 3

Today, 2 Oct 2008, Blizzard has blessed us with another D3 creature, and i have to say it looks great

The Scavenger is a small burrowing creature, extremely aggressive.  They attack with fast springing blows in the most vulnerable places on the body.
I’m always glad to see a new beast in my favorite game, more meat to slaughter with my D3 barb

I like to see some Shrines and Wells in Diablo3, they were a great feature in D2. Specially for health and mana.
Also i would like to see different shrines, with special abilities (like a temporary skill maybe ?)

The Official Game Developers have already confirmed (through Jay) that the wells will be in DiabloIII to help the player in boss fights. I think it is a great addition it certainly fixes the lack of health and mana potions.

Each D3 boss will have a couple of wells near by to help the player

Also Shrines and Wells would bring tactics to the table, the player would have to plan each attack. I personally like the way D3 is going in development.

Blizzard needs to think about the Shrines, they can be very interesting in the game, only one request though. Don’t make the same mistake as Diablo2 where almost 60% of the shrines were useless at higher levels.
